About us

At the surgical department, we provide highly specialized ophthalmic care and perform around 10,000 eye surgeries each year, of which about 3,000 are under anesthesia.

We have nine operating rooms where we perform surgeries for cataracts, retina, plastic surgery, oncology, strabismus, and corneal transplants. Here, we work with the latest technology, focusing on the entire eye.

We are a smaller hospital, which means short decision-making paths, close collaboration between different professional categories, and a family-like atmosphere. Here, we know each other and help each other – always with the patient in focus.

We care for patients from one year of age and up. The most important thing for us is to provide safe and secure care with high quality and to work for the development of the organization.

About the position

As an anesthesiologist nurse with us, you are an important part of the team around the patient. Your tasks include working in the operating room, recovery, on-call duties, and participating in development work. We offer a varied job with both children and adults, in an organization that combines planned and emergency care in a smaller hospital.

You will work with a team of about 15 people consisting of anesthesiologist nurses, nursing assistants, and anesthesiologists. We offer an individually tailored introduction and place a high value on professional development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with specialized training in anesthesia nursing and have at least two years of professional experience. Experience in pediatric anesthesia and/or ophthalmic care is an advantage.

You have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and feel secure in your professional role. You have a professional approach and enjoy working in a team. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment form and conditions

Permanent full-time employment – the possibility of part-time can be discussed. A probationary period may be applicable. Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday with some on-call duties in the evenings and weekends.
